Covid-19 impact

all of our staff are fully vaccinated. our employee's health and safety always comes first and anything we can do to prioritise the wellbeing of our dressmakers and the safety of our clients is the utmost importance to us. 

 

General Delivery

From Phoebe carries (20) pieces of stock per item with 1 week stock replenish period. in the case where items are out of stock, those pieces will be made to order with an expected lead delivery time of around (5-7) days

If your item is urgent, email us info@glc.clothing and we will certainly try to help you if we can. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • for shipment options (e.g. Grab Express/Lalamove) please be advice by our team, they will contact you when your parcel is ready for pick up shipping and deliveries Via Grab/Lalamove will be covered by the customer.
  • COD Via Grab/Lalamove payments using the service app service payment
  • We ship all over the Philippines via JRS express, Gogoexpress (COD deliveries)

Fabric Care

Cotton

wash with mild detergent, cold water not hot.

Linen

wash with mild detergent with lukewarm or cold water

Chiffon

Gentle wash, or soaked in water with mild detergent.

 

Returns, Repairs and Alterations

returns will be only accepted in its original unworn condition and hangtags is not removed. Mild alterations is for free for your exact size measurements WE HIGHLY SUGGEST customers to leave a note upon checkout for the right details of your measurements. size details are provided in our online store upon checkout for you to check

length alterations shorter length 250 php

additional zipper / length alterations longer 500php

alterations change in details, fabric, length 800php
